I waited here for 20 mins just to be told they wouldn’t buy my guitar. Kept giving me the one second someone will be right with you and after 20 mins they told me they didn’t need either of my items. Also their system was down for like 4 days prior. Avoid this place waste of time.

First time customer. Great experience for more than one reason. 1) They put me in a private room to pawn my stuff and that made me feel REALLY comfortable. 2) the place is big and CLEAN. Hands down, nicest looking pawn shop I’ve ever been to. 3) staff was down-to-earth, personable and normal. They Seem to have a good repor with customers, they knew a lot of them by name and they treated everyone the same. So if any of you are teatering whether to stop in, DO IT. The pawn interest is ungodly low, their prices are good and they look like a trustworthy bunch. Glad google pointed me to this place. :)

I have used this pawn shop multiple times. Besides sometimes having to wait at the window a little longer than I would like, the service is great. The employees are always pleasant and the experience is hastle free. Emily has helped me a few times now and she is not only as pretty as they get but also knows what she's doing. I get exactly what I would expect to get for my merchandise and it only costs me about $2 to get it back ( as long as it's within the ridiculously long 3 month pay back period). So I recommend if your in a bind and need some bucks to take your stuff to 1st United pawn & loan.
