Got a provisional loan acceptance, only to be told sorry cant help you, you haven't enough credit....thought you were supposed to help people build credit, and credit wasnt a number.

Everything was fine, Esigned docs, then some manager could not get their head around I don't pay rent, even sent a Tenancy agreement which outlined why... turned me down after arranging myself and my partner time of work to collect new car.. total waste of time and no way to run a company... avoid .

Applied online. Got an email telling my application was provisionally approved and staff member will contact me shortly to dicuss the matter further. Two days later had a call from customer service asking details about loan purpose, employment status, employer's address and contact number, then about my nationality and resident status just to be told straight away that they will not provide me a loan. Though got approved by Sainsbury and Hitachi higher amount of loan, hassle free without any phone calls.

Told was accepted then had phone call off them spent 20min on phone to be told no we can't accept you and made 2 hard searches on credit file. Would avoid this company would NOT recommend them at all total waste of time

This company is an absolute joke. I went through CanCan where they took all my details over the phone and this company accepted meI go to pick a car with a company an just before i sign for a car Jessica from tyneside ADDS on additional outgoing on my details which were false. Because of this they declined my application. The trade centre finance advisors where the car was said this was absolutely wrong of them as it is unlawful. I wouldn't advise people to use this company.....
