Ive been with this Credit Union since 2012. Nothing but superb service over my previous Bank. They've helped me when my credit card from them was used frauduently and corrected everything. I also have my vehicle financed through there and they saved me on rate from when I refinanced my car 5 months after I bought it. I would highly recommend!

This place is by far the worst bank I have ever had. I can't tell you how many times I have called and went in on many different problems (problems that should have never even happened) and been given 20 different answers. One major problem I have is that my credit card has always been messed up. It says what I spend instead of the balance on the card. If I have $500 on the card and I spend $25 it says I only have $25 instead of $475. It's completely backwards and extremely annoying. Every now and then it randomly declines. When I call they tell me "Oh you only have $25 on the account" after I spent the last 5 minutes explaining to them that my account is all messed up. They NEVER listen and always throw you in circles. Don't ever change your address because that will NEVER go through. I have changed my address 13 times because it never goes through and they never enter the info correctly. Don't get married because you will never get new cards with your new last name on it even after asking 20 plus times if they were going to the address you corrected 13 times. (I never got my cards), but don't worry because when they needed something from me they most definitely got my address right that time! These people seriously don't listen and I cant stress that enough. I have had more problems with this bank then someone could imagine. I wish so badly that I could cancel my credit card but I don't want to hurt my credit.This is most definitely not a military-friendly bank. No wonder why they got rid of the one on the GFAFB. I hate this bank so much. Please please please don't ever go there. Sure they are nice like the other comments say but being nice doesn't help fix anything. The staff can't seem to comprehend when there's a problem and always walk around it.

This is one of the best banks we have ever used. The staff is amazing and the manager is incredibly nice. They are all so friendly and they do ever the can to make your life easy I love this bank!
