After 14 years as a cardmember, I just called and was forced to close my account. I was told that this year I cannot call and waive the stupid annual fee of $55 that they have been trying to add over the last 5ish years. The customer service lady said the only way to waive the fee was to close the account. Well OK then, that's what I did! BYEEEE!! Horrible company. I guess they don't want people to have credit cards with them.
