I normally don’t leave reviews but when I woke up this morning in tears I needed help with a personal Financial situation. I went to this company in tears but Jamie and Angela helped me get the cash I needed on my car title and also cheered me up. These are real honest women that turn my bad situation into a good one. Thank you for letting me borrow money. They also told me they give me referral money

Went in filled out application, car was looked at, was told my options, signed and left with more than I expected. Will definitely be using them again and definitely recommend if you need cash and don’t want the hassle. Not to mention was treated with respect I give this place 3 thumbs up👍 ThanksD. Abernathy

❗️❗️❗️Beware❗️❗️❗️UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNEDUCATED ABOUT THEIR INVENTORY. Saw a listing for a RUNNING vehicle, so I called the company. Spoke with the office assistant and was told to come see the car after informing them I was traveling an hour to view the vehicle. After driving an hour, it did not run. We were given three different explanations as to why the vehicle didn’t start, which were not relayed over the phone. As a matter of fact, they were unable to show us any car that ran. After being made aware the car we drove to see did not run, we were suggested another vehicle in an entirely different lot, which we had to drive to. A different assistant not knowing the code to enter or exit the lot itself, we had to wait for her to contact someone to do anything. The second car had flat ties (had been sitting for far too long) and the doors were jammed shut. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever been exposed to. I would NEVER give them any of my information, that’s for sure. THESE PEOPLE ARE CARELESS ❗️❗️❗️❗️BEWARE❗️❗️❗️❗️

I have had my title loan for a while now everything has been great up until today i missed a call from jamie! I returned the call in les than 5 minutes.. Again jamie has been very great. I went in the other day to see if i could redo my loan because i didnt have this months payment. I payed my powerbill that was scheduled for disconnection that same day (tuesday) i was told that i should have payed them 1st and they could have given me my money right back.... Well she then gave me until yesterday (thursday) to come up with150 and she couldnt hold it past then... Because it was late i told her i would try... Well honestly if i knew someone to lone me money for my payment they would have never gotten my business in the 1st place.... So when i talk to her today she was very rude and nasty the whole time im being completely respectful to her and she starts yelling asking well when can you make your payment??? Over and over and when i tell her im not sure but i will try my best to have it made by next friday jamie then tells me ill have to have 2 payments... Seriously... And if not then i can bring the vehicle up there friday afternoon so it goes from yesterday was the latest now for a whole week... Maybe she is having a bad day but if this is how they want to keep customers i promise they wont keep me. So with this short story being said. Becareful if you do this they dont care how they treat there regular customers... I have never been talked to or laughed at like she did today! Very unprofessional!!!!!!

WARNING: RUDE RUDE RUDE...STAY AWAY....Rhonda Bittle (manager) is mean and nasty and disrespected me from the moment I stepped foot in the door. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Went a little bit further up the road to Advance America and was very pleased and also offered more money!!!
