So you tell me if you would open an account with them?Good evening, Today I received a phone call from one of your representatives at 3:30 pm. Her demeanor and arrogance was way beyond acceptable. She threatened me that if I don't pay, she will threaten me with legal action. I will discuss in detail the timeline to give you an idea of what has transpired.In September 2017, my family and financial situation changed drastically. I tried to contact your corporation via US mail of this updated situation as to why the account was late. This was not outlined in this email because of HIPPA laws. In that letter I stated that I would like to work out some acceptable payment plan which both parties can agree to. Since then no update was sent to my request. I have received phone messages, but because of the situation listed in this email, I was unable to focus on just this matter.The next phone contact was with this individual. If that is the type of customer service your corporation condones, I find that quite sad. I would like to resolve this in a amicable manner. If not, I will have to refer this matter to my attorney for his assistance. Please do not accept this as an excuse or threat, but an explanation as to why this account is in arrears and a resolution. Thank you for your assistance in regards to this matter.
