This has to be one of the worst banks besides Bank of America. $10 fees to pay a credit card over the phone because you cannot pay your bill online whatsoever! Very behind on technology and have been for years! Stay away

I was having a terrible day I left out feeling like a million bucks. I was down on my luck but I end up with a loan increase and a new car!! This was my second time working with Virginia Pereira and she push for me. She was professional, informative and very friendly, and whoever was on the other line doing the approving thank you too.

Not business oriented. Their policy on check deposit hold is outrageous. First, I was told that besause I am a new customer (less than 90 days) , they put all my deposits on hold from 5-9 business days. Now it is past 90 days and they are still putting hold on my deposits ( 2 business days). Non of their managers from Yorktown branch wanted to help, and were very rude and unprofessional. I would recomend all business owners to stay away. There are banks that are much more business oriented.

Been a member since 2006. Always exceptional customer service. They take into consideration all aspects of your financial life to help you get what you need. From a car or personal loan to a credit card or mortgage. The folks at both Williamsburg branches are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm so grateful that I switched from a commercial bank to 1st Advantage. Convenient, easy access, and nothing complicated.

They have 6 drive thru lanes and only 2 open during lunch hour when a lot of people run out to the bank. Makes alot of sense right? Why have 6 lanes if you only utilize 2?

Feedback:

Used the drive through teller service. Attempted to deposit an amount in a set of like bills. Teller shorted total by 10 dollars and receipt came back with tender amounts that were not even deposited. Avoid the drive though and do yourself a favor and go inside.
