Feedback:

You can get better results on Turbo Tax. Even if they get you a poor refund AND make mistakes that would get your taxes flagged at the IRS, they will not refund even a portion of their $125 filing fee (aka the 5 minutes of work they did). Go anywhere else!

Very bad customer service ..Mylinh Lee did our tax's this year and she had a bad attitude which made my husband and I feel very uncomfortable, I texted her the information she need and she hasn't replied back letting me know if she received my text and filed our taxes, it's been 9 days and I haven't heard from her yet nor she answers my calls. My son was going to do his taxes and he walked right out cancelling his appointment..We live in San Jacinto and to drive down there for this kind of service's isn't worth it...

The worse tax place we have ever visited. Mike Le he don't care about customers he's very rude. We can't ask any questions he thinks he's above you. Save your money and time go some where else I wouldn't recommend this tax place don't say i didn't warn you. Mike Le Disrespectful just plain rude. Good luck with this place. They took my CC info to pay for them to file my return, I submitted all my documents well before 4/15, and I haven't heard a thing from them. I've emailed and called 10, 20, 30 times. Seriously concerned.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I called the first week of January after the New Years Holiday and spoke with Mylinh to schedule an appointment with Mike as a first time client (I was being referred by a colleague of mine who has used their services for going on 4 years) and they confirmed my appointment for the end of February. Now three weeks later I get a call on a SUNDAY MORNING telling me that Mike is not accepting any new clients this year and they would need to cancel my previously scheduled appointment. HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN???? This shows a clear lack of communication on Mike's behalf towards his entire team!!! If this were really the case that he wasn't accepting any new clients wouldn't you imagine he should communicate this with his team prior to the beginning of tax season when people are calling to schedule appointments? I'm at an utter loss of words for a business that already doesn't have the greatest ratings on here. I guess I should have looked at these reviews prior to scheduling my appointment because I am clearly not the only one this has happened to!!!
