This process begins with the vendor fills out our application for ranking on the website or connects with us through another channel of communication. We take some basic information and give the information to our research team. The research team is then tasked with learning more about the vendor, their background, the types of merchants they assist, and how they produce their solutions.
We also connect with each merchant service provider to obtain additional information. In some cases, we use third-party resources for research and information to obtain another view point for our analysis. Client references and testimonials are also used in order to gain feedback from those which have used the services firsthand.
By the end of this process our research team compares the results against the top competing merchant service providers in the industry in order to determine whether a vendor has earned a position in the rankings.
