We were having a few problems with our system, so we contacted the company to voice our concerns. The CEO reached out directly and gave us exactly what we asked for in order to resolve our complaint. The quality control manager, Tara was fantastic in every way. She responded to emails within minutes, made phone calls to explain things in detail, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They sent a technician out to install a new system, and he (Jeff) was great as well. Thanks for the great customer service!
