I was just on the phone with tech support for 30 minutes and gave up on waiting. I am a current customer and have regretted switching from our previous POS system. The system is great, however, the tech support is inexperienced. Often I have called and tech support was unable to answer the question. This is tolerable, but often I was told my question would be elevated to a better trained technician and I would receive a call with an answer. Their unorganized system to relay customer complaints caused my questions to go unanswered until I had to call tech support again. I've mentioned this to management but they seemed unconcerned about my complaints and I've yet to see any improvement. Aside from waiting to have your question heard, you run the risk of it not being answered. I can highly recommend to look past this company and they struggle to assist their current customers.
