Travelocity has horrible customer service when they make an error on their part. They sent me an email confirming my flight booking, and then hours later, send me an error email saying that the flight was actually FULL, when it WASN'T. The prices had only rised, and the only thing they could offer me was a "sorry" from india. AWFUL. Never using them again.
