ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! Signed up for service 4-28-2017 and by August of 2017 I realized rates were way to high! So I called my rep that sold me the service and he tried to work it out with no luck. So I decided to cancel (August 2017) he responded that it was cancelled and taken care of. Just to mail back the card machine. I mailed card machine back and never heard anything else. Today 4-9-2019 I noticed a random 159.99 charge on my bank account. So I went back and looked and they have charged me over $1200.00 since I cancelled!!!! Called and explained this issued they stated there was a form I had to sign which I never received. I signed the form and the gentleman I talked to stated that there would be a refund sent back to me for all over charges. Well I get a call from ROBIN which was nothing but rude and hateful! She accused me of lying about shipping the machine back and stated that there would be no refund unless I could produce a shipping receipt from almost 2 years ago! As far as I’m concerned this company is 110% con artist! Do not waste your time or money with them!
