Client Review on Reliance Star Payment Services

I recently switched out of this company because of the rate they charge. Had to pay $400 for early termination fee which I understand. What I don't get is they charged me 400 dollars for the terminal I send in through UPS as they told. So I called them, because they didn't even bothered to tell me why. It ends up to be the terminal is "broken" which I was still using right before I sended in. They just keep saying it's broken broken broken, Did not explain the details to me! They had done nothing! Just charged my account and bye! I am very dissatisfied with the words they told me. It is not possible to be broken because I am still using it before I sended in. And if the carrier damage it why should I be the one who pay the bill.
