Client Review on Groupon Payments


My account was hacked and my credit card was charged. I reported it immediately and a week has gone by with no update or refund. The only way to communicate with Groupon is via chat, when you are logged in to your account. I can no longer access my account as it was frozen when I reported the fraud. This is the most ridiculous and horrible company to deal with and I will never do business with them again.
