Feedback:

Spoke with Sebastian as a follow up to a poor customer service experience i had. Sebastian called and said he would address the issue but I’m still late on my payment. The only thing is I️ had a payment set up already for today so Sebastian shouldn’t of been talking to me about it. This was the worst experience I’ve had with this company and the sad part is Sebastian was the leader to the other CSR i had an issue with but his customer service was just as bad. I feel as if Sebastian and his employees need training or to be fired.
