Client Review on Durango Merchant Services, LLC

Feedback:

A company's integrity is always shown when there is the first issue to deal with. We were closing down our account after 5 years and Durango is holding a big deposit of our money. We have tried to contact them for 2 months and they have ignored all communication from emails to calls. They are currently illigally holding thousandas of pounds that belong to us. We have to take legal action if they continue to ignore communication. Don't deal with them as they are not honest and have no level of service after you have set up your account.
