Comdata has the worst cardholder service I have ever experienced. The most recent experience was when I called four times and received SIX different responses as to why a pending authorization had not been credited back to my card after nine days. All they cared about was getting me off the phone and giving me the run around. I previously had issues with unauthorized charges made to my debit card and their response was a standard 'contact the company that charged you for a refund'. I will be arranging for my employer to direct deposit my paycheck to a real bank and not to this ghetto company.
